Liquid Color Puzzle — terms of service

The game

Liquid Color Puzzle is published by Arte Soft EOOD. Playing it is acceptance of these terms and of Apple's standard licence for App Store apps.

Virtual items

Anything bought or earned in Liquid Color Puzzle — currency, upgrades, themes — is licensed for use in the game, has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Progress lives on your device

There is no server-side account, so deleting the app also removes any unspent balance.

Rewarded videos are optional

Watching an ad is always a choice and never required to finish a level or to progress.

Features may change

Balancing, devices supported, the economy and online features can change as the game develops. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the updated terms.

No warranty

The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Arte Soft EOOD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
