PureStrike Billiard — terms of use

The game

PureStrike Billiard is published by Arte Soft EOOD. Playing it is acceptance of these terms and of Apple's standard licence for App Store apps.

Fair play

Cheating, exploiting bugs or manipulating leaderboards can lead to restriction or removal from online features.

Virtual items

Anything bought or earned in PureStrike Billiard — currency, upgrades, themes — is licensed for use in the game, has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Features may change

Balancing, devices supported, the economy and online features can change as the game develops. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the updated terms.

No warranty

The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Arte Soft EOOD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
