The short version
Liquid Color Puzzle is a single-player puzzle game that runs entirely on your device. There is no account, no sign-up, and no profile. Your progress, coins, stars and settings are stored locally on the iPhone and are not uploaded to arte-soft. The only data that leaves the device belongs to the advertising and purchase services described below.
What is stored on your device
Level progress, star ratings, gold and in-level currency balances, unlocked themes and power-ups, daily-challenge history, and your sound, haptics and accessibility preferences. All of it lives in the app’s own storage. Deleting the app deletes all of it, and there is no copy held anywhere else.
Advertising
The game shows advertising, including optional rewarded videos you choose to watch in exchange for in-game items. Advertising is served by Google AdMob, which may process device and usage identifiers in order to select and measure ads. Google’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy. arte-soft does not receive the contents of your device from AdMob and does not build advertising profiles of its own.
Tracking permission and how to opt out
On first launch iOS asks whether the app may track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Declining is entirely supported: the game plays identically and you will still see ads, they will simply be less specific. You can change the answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and you can further limit ad personalisation in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and tells the app only whether a purchase succeeded. arte-soft never sees your card details, billing address or Apple Account credentials, and does not store any payment information.
Diagnostics
Crash reports and basic performance diagnostics may be collected in aggregate to find and fix defects — for example, which level a crash occurred on. They are not linked to an advertising profile and are not used to identify you. If you have turned off sharing analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, that choice is respected.
Children
Liquid Color Puzzle is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and it will be deleted. Parents and guardians can disable in-app purchases and restrict advertising through iOS Screen Time.
Playing offline
The game itself needs no network connection. Levels are generated on the device rather than downloaded, so you can play in airplane mode indefinitely — you will simply not be offered rewarded videos while offline. Nothing about your progress depends on being connected.
Your choices
You can decline tracking, disable personalised advertising, play offline, and delete every trace of your data by removing the app. If you would like to know what we hold about you or ask for it to be deleted, contact arte-soft at office@arte-soft.com and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If a future release changes what data the app collects — for example by adding cloud-synced progress or leaderboards — this page will be updated before that build ships, and the App Store privacy label on the product page will be updated alongside it. That label reflects the shipped build and is the authoritative summary.
