These terms cover the game itself, the gold and in-level currencies, in-app purchases handled by Apple, and the advertising shown between levels. They are written to be read, not skimmed.

Liquid Color Puzzle is provided by arte-soft as a consumer game: a single-player liquid-sorting puzzle in which you pour coloured liquid between tubes until each colour stands alone.
You may use the game for lawful personal entertainment, and in accordance with the App Store terms that govern the copy you downloaded. The game is licensed to you, not sold.
The game contains two currencies. Gold is earned through play or bought as an in-app purchase and is spent on power-ups and themes. A second currency is earned only inside a level, by meeting conditions such as emptying a tube, and is spent on tools during that level.
Both currencies, along with power-ups, themes and any other virtual item, are licensed for use inside the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts or devices, and expire when the licence ends unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Because progress is stored on your device rather than on our servers, deleting the app or losing the device also loses any unspent balance. arte-soft cannot restore it.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. arte-soft does not take payment directly and cannot issue refunds; refund requests are made to Apple through the App Store, and are decided under Apple’s policies.
Where consumer law in your country gives you a right of withdrawal or a statutory refund right, that right applies and nothing here limits it.
The game shows advertising, including optional rewarded videos you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game items. Watching one is always voluntary and never required to progress.
Advertising is supplied by third-party networks and its content is not created or controlled by arte-soft. If a specific ad appears inappropriate, please report it to us so it can be raised with the network. How advertising data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Level generation, move limits, power-up costs, recharge timers, currency rates and the introduction of hazards are all subject to balancing. Changes may alter how difficult a level is, or the relative value of items already purchased.
arte-soft may update, add, suspend or discontinue features, and device support and performance may vary as the product evolves. Where a change materially reduces something you have paid for, we will say so in the release notes.
You must not modify the app, tamper with its saved data, exploit defects to generate currency, or use automation to play on your behalf.
Where such abuse is detected, arte-soft may restrict access to commercial features or to the daily challenge. Because the game keeps no server-side account, this is a limited remedy and is applied conservatively.
Liquid Color Puzzle is an abstract colour-sorting puzzle set in a stylised laboratory. It contains no violence, no realistic imagery and no user-generated content or chat.
It does contain advertising and optional in-app purchases. The App Store age rating shown on the product page is the authoritative guidance on suitability, and parents can disable purchases through iOS Screen Time.
The game is provided as-is. arte-soft does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of defects, and to the extent permitted by law excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
