App maintenance and rescue
Investigate crashes, repair broken integrations, take over an existing codebase and prepare dependable releases.
How we scope the work
Start with a repeatable failure and the release that introduced it. We separate emergency recovery from larger architecture work, preserve existing user data and establish a working build before proposing a rewrite.
What the engagement can deliver
- A reproducible issue inventory and access checklist.
- A prioritised repair plan with regression coverage for affected workflows.
- A release and ownership handover, with a maintenance scope agreed separately.
What acceptance should prove
A successful repair closes the original reproduction, tests nearby workflows and records remaining risk. A maintenance agreement specifies supported versions, responsibilities and incident handling; response windows are agreed in writing.
Start with the problem you need solved
Send the current product or brief, target platforms, important integrations and a useful delivery window. We use that to propose an initial scope, identify missing evidence and agree what a completed milestone means. Commercial terms and availability are confirmed in the proposal.
