Terms of use
The app
LingoVela is a voice translation app for iPhone and iPad published by Arte Soft EOOD. Use is subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these service terms.
Subscription and top-ups
LingoVela Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The US price is $9.99/month, including 2,000 AI credits each month. Optional consumable packs add 1,000 credits for $4.99 or 5,000 credits for $19.99 in the US. Local prices and taxes are shown in Apple's purchase sheet. All translation modes require an active subscription. OpenAI Online and Private Cloud Compute also require available AI credits. On-device translation uses no AI credits. Internet is needed for online modes, initial model downloads and subscription activation.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to stop renewal. Manage subscriptions in Apple Account Settings. Apple handles payment and refund requests.
Credits measure model usage, not guaranteed minutes or money held for you. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Rates depend on the audio and text model usage shown in the app.
Translation accuracy
AI translations may be wrong, incomplete or delayed. Check important information with a competent speaker. LingoVela is not a certified interpreter and is not intended for emergencies or as a substitute for professional advice.
Consent and acceptable use
Obtain any required consent from participants. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, interfere with its security or misuse accounts or purchases.
Availability and changes
The service depends on your device, connectivity and third-party providers. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features and model rates may change. Subscription price changes are governed by Apple’s applicable notice and consent rules.
Your rights
The app and original branding remain the property of Arte Soft EOOD or its licensors. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
