Help us reproduce a problem

Please include:

1. Device model and iOS version.
2. LingoVela version, selected mode and the two translation languages. For on-device problems, say whether language and speech models were downloaded. For Private Cloud Compute, include whether Apple Intelligence is enabled.
3. What you expected and what happened.
4. The exact error message, with private information removed.
